Teams Organizations

Prepare people for the environments they're entering.

Gaonema works with teams, clubs, studios, companies, public programs, and other organizations supporting people across cultures and professional environments.

Support is built around the actual people, roles, and situations involved.

Capabilities

What we prepare.

The focus stays on transitions, professional environments, and practical readiness.

Readiness

  • Cultural readiness
  • Professional communication
  • Athlete and talent transition
  • International onboarding

Preparation

  • Staff and liaison preparation
  • Role-specific cultural briefings
  • Scenario-based preparation
  • French-English language support when needed
Staff & liaison readiness

Gaonema can prepare staff and liaisons responsible for recurring cross-cultural relationships with international participants, partners, or delegations.

Depending on the need, that can include staff readiness, liaison preparation, cultural briefings, professional communication, country-specific context when appropriate, scenario practice, and language support when useful.

Language may be part of the crossing. Gaonema can integrate French-English language preparation when it helps someone communicate more independently in the environment they are entering. Gaonema does not provide interpretation, and professional interpretation may still be appropriate where it is required.

The Traversée Method

How an engagement works.

  1. 01

    Brief

    Understand the transition.

The role, destination, people involved, and current challenges.

  2. 02

    Prepare

    Build cultural and communication context.

Role-specific guidance, with language context where it is part of the work.

  3. 03

    Practice

Work through scenarios before they happen.

Conversations and situations drawn from the actual environment.

  4. 04

    Adjust

Adapt as the real environment teaches us more.

Support can be short-term, ongoing, individual, group, or organization-sponsored.

Organizational inquiry

Discuss an organizational need.

Tell us who is entering a new team, country, market, production, or international relationship, and what they need to navigate.

We use this to understand the transition and decide whether GAONEMA is a good fit.
